"During the course I could improve my practical competences in job, career and labour market counseling. What I liked most is the 'blend' of abstract and conceptual learning, experimental application and trial in new situations, observation, reflection and concrete experience.
Very instructive was the fact that  the curriculum does not lead the attention to deficits but to strengths and special needs of the clients. The permanent change of perspectives was very helpful to deal with permanently changing situations. The curriculum is structured in a fluid way and easy to understand thanks to competent trainers.
